Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if:
- The wine is faulty, spoiled, or not of acceptable quality. (our winemaker will need to confirm this by taste).
- The product does not match its description on our website.
- The wine is unfit for its intended purpose.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" purchases.
- If you selected the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase (before dispatch), and we may assist where possible.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or faulty:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos/video evidence of the issue.
- We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on stock availability.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for the correct product to be sent (if available) or issue a refund/store credit.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order is lost or undelivered, contact us, and we will investigate with the courier. - If the wine is delayed and spoiled due to carrier negligence, we will assist in resolving the issue.
6. Returning Products
- Do not return wine without our approval (legal restrictions apply).
- If a return is authorised, we will provide instructions.
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Store credit will be issued immediately (if applicable).
8. Promotional Items
- Promotional items cannot be exchanged for store credit or refund.
