Our 2022 shiraz reserve is our special release every year, made from only the best fruit from within our vineyard. This year the wine is backed by aromas of truffle, nutmeg, cinnamon and pepper. The palate is packed with blackberries, dark plums, and cured leather together with a dash of pannacotta which perfectly rounds it all out.
