The nose has wonderful aromas of strawberry and ripe raspberry fruit shining, the palate is rich and creamy with flavours of strawberry and raspberry with hints of cotton candy and lemon-lime citrus balancing out the palate.

A dry winter and spring had us worried it was going to be a tough year. record warmth came in October, which saw the vines leap out of the starting blocks and race to another very early harvest. Yields were all higher than in recent years, but even though a hot January was to follow, the vine canopies remained in perfect health, it was an exceptionally compressed harvest.

Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, fermented in stainless steel tanks using only wild yeasts and temperature controlled. Once fermented the wine is left to age on lees for 3 months to impart creaminess and texture on the palate, once racked the wine is aged in stainless steel for another 3 months before being bottled.
